Need to have a map made

Hi, First, yes, I do pay.

I am a historical fiction author and need a map for my next novel. Unfortunately the very good person I have used in the past isn't available. It isn't necessarily an easy project. Specifically I want a map of 15th century Perth, Scotland. I have a number of references that will help and I am open to discussing exact style of the map. I am also open to discussing the fee and am willing to pay half in advance.

If anyone would be interested in this job please respond to this or make a recommendation.

Let me add that I pay via Paypal. I would prefer not to pay more that $150 for the map but am willing to negotiate.
