Welcome, though I feel tiny bit pretentious saying so...I'm new too, lol. Isn't this place great though they have so much info that will help expand our imagination and skill for creating new worlds! ^_^
Hello everyone,
I've been a DM for a long while and I've always had a passion for making maps. I'd start new campaigns just to design them. After searching for awhile, I stumbled upon this place and it has been a dream come true. I've never come across a cartography website that had a focus like this. I hope I can learn some new tricks and make my maps more natural and appealing.

Ooh, a level 8 DM. One more level and you can build a Dungeon and populate it with Monsters and Henchmen appropriate to your alignment .
welcome to the guild - and following Lukc's reasoning, I'm a level 31 DM myself ... when you're ready to work on your maps make a WIP thread so you can get help and critique while you work
