Post Zombie outbreak in Thunder Bay

This is what you get when you give a geomatics technician creative process over some data saying "it has to be some kind of catastrophe.

i think the class when something like this...

Teacher:"I would like you to take this information and use some networking analysis to create a solution to some sort of catastrophe"
    Loogie:"What kind of catastrophe?"
Teacher:"You can choose anything you wish, chemical spill, explosion..."
    Loogie:"Zombies?"
    Teacher:"Well I guess you coul..."
    Loogie:"Zombies."

I was a little rushed to get it complete, but i think the result wasn't terrible...
and regardless it was fun to do.

well, besides shopping malls being THE zombie survival location... we were very limited in the actual data we had... (it was made for more... conventional disasters... so there was a bit of substituting going on there)

Well, the Shopping mall was the main site for Both versions of DAWN OF THE DEAD as well as being the site for the video game DEAD RISING.

    Personally, I just like it

LOL. As someone who lived in TB way back in the day as a little kid, two questions: Do the zombies stay away from fort william? The smell of the pulp mill would be enough to send them screaming.... And would the sleeping giant be a cool sanctuary?

well one of our first ideas was that the sleeping giant awoke... but it didn't work with the data we had...

and the fort was going to be the military stronghold... till we found out that the route from the fort to the other survivors went pretty much straight through one of the biggest graveyards in the city...

Hahaha! Thanks for posting this--how fun! (Or, at least as fun as imagining a horrifying zombie outbreak can be...)

Excellent! Have some rep for being the best kind of student a teacher could ask for - one who thinks outside the box!
