I love(d) Sim City 4, yet I didn't know you could make such cool maps with the game.
Here are three recent "topo" maps I've created from my long-running SimCity 4 region Three Rivers Region.

The fansite threads on the region have been running for four years now, and the 40 sqare mile/64 square kilometer region is now very well fleshed out in maps. If anyone is interested, I can provide a link to a tutorial showing how to get from a SC4 "game" quad (city) to a map just like these.

My very first maps were in Sim City about a decade ago and I've always loved the game. Great stuff and keep em comin.

These are awesome. Nice work and have some rep for them.
So, have you met Sarah? Sorry, had to ask. I guess Wasilla's small enough you just might have.

Went out with a girl from Wasilla once, don't remember her name - I was stationed at Fort Richardson, in Anchorage, oh about 1984 to '87
Plus I lived in Anchorage for the first two years of my life, and survived the Alaskan Earthquake of 1964.
Not that anyone cares...
