I've noticed that too, but thought that the thumb-nailer not working was more random. Didn't realise it was filesize related. Haven't noticed that problem with any of the voting thumb nails so far though.

Hey, question: It seems as though the larger file sizes don't show up as thumbnails; how's that going to affect things when the thumb scraper goes a huntin'?
