I love city/town village mapping. Personally, I think a small town is a better start than a city.

well... it has to reflect the power of the kingdom I guess ... so depending on what power-level the campaign is ending up with will decide how big the town/city will be. And of course it has to support the trading of a caravan and a big market/festival if we're including that in the story arc.

I would think that a small/medium city would work. it would have to be large enough to support a thieves guild as well.

You could always take a city map that's already been done and ask the artist to re-label it.... Just a thought.

Is this still taking place in the CWPB region of (what was) Anuroch? We had talked about using the city of Argria as well, as mapped by mearrin69. Either way I'm fine.. do we need a new region map to go with the city?
