Thats real impressive.
The following sketchup model was an experiment in the use of layers and scenes to add extra functionality to map/world presentation to players via a digital platform such as a projector.
This is a simple locksmith shop that could be used in many fantasy type settings but is based off the Shackled City Adventure Path.
This model contains 11 scenes (consists of the model and a series of scene-specific settings, such as a specific point of view, shadow, display setting, and section cut) which are assigned according to map key to help GMs run players through the building without worrying about camera manipulation.
This model also contains multiple layers such as: 1st floor w/ furniture, 1st floor ext walls, 1st floor int walls, 2nd floor w/ furniture, 2nd floor ext walls, 2nd floor int walls, roof, and secret door. These layers are an additional way for the GM to best present the location and focus players' attention on only what is pertinent.
Unfortunately, the 3-D Warehouse has a 10MB limit on uploaded models and this model came out to be 12.3MB or 6.9 once zipped. Here is a link to the sketchup file so that you may explore the model if you have the time and desire.

Thats real impressive.
Few more views that might be useful for a quick map of shop in a fantasy setting.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Building a model/environment/map with all the scenes may be a bit labor intensive if it's a locale the GM only plans to use briefly but it could be a story enhancement if the GM planned on revisiting the locale multiple times (i.e. PC's base of operations).
I hope someone has the time to download the model and play with the layers and scenes, I find it to be useful and kinda entertaining too.
