Went more on lands coloring/texturing and added forests. Also added some waves thingies on the sea (removed the texture on the sea, which was a bit heavy for the style).
@Lingon : You're probably the one that noticed that!

This is looking amazing, Max! I noticed that the mountains' shadows are on the other side in the Erin map, don't know if that was intentional but I think it's a really nice touch, subtly emphasizing the mirror theme

Very nice. I think the coast line - the outer border of the land shape - looks a little bit too sharp compared to the other map elements which seem to be softer.
Thanks Sapiento, I agree with the coastlines. I softened them a bit, updated with some labels and I also gave it a contrast shot, I found it was too "flat" for the style.

Yes, much better!
Wow, another amazing map.
I agree with Sapiento, the softer coastlines look better.
Are you sure, you want to have two rivers originating from one lake?
Yes I actually connected two rivers of my sketch, I'll fix it, thanks for the input
Outstanding! I love both styles equally, this is a great project to see develop
If I can manage to find the time, you have inspired me to partake in the challenge!

Thanks JSP! Alright I think I'm pretty much done. Added some details and labels, compass, title and border. So here's the two sides of the mirror:
