Default Thaene : Maps as a Process to Create a Map

    Hi all,

I've posted some maps from an ongoing project here in a gallery.

    Hey Maezar,

Very cool project! I like the landforms a lot and some of the styles are very good (Nr. 3, 5 and 6 i especially like). Care to talk about the project for a bit? What is it exactly? Elaborate on the world itself, if you can.

Welcom Maezar! Appreciate the link to your album, but we prefer you post your maps as attachments here at the guild, one map at a time.

Uhm, those maps are at the guild, GP. It's his CG Album Folder he has linked to. And one at a time? There are a lot of threads that do not hold to that standard.

Wow that is a lot of good work there. Really admirable job. I especially like the cohesiveness of the world everything feels right and the land shapes. I'm with Eilathen, I'd love to hear more about this world.

Of course I understand that it is a CG album. Really, 90+% of the maps posted in this forum is one map at a time, or several maps, but almost never a link to an album (even an album on this site). Alot, but still less than 10% outside of the standard. This is the Finished Maps forum, and not the Finished Albums forum, right?

I'm happy to abide by the standards of the forum.
Is there an admin I should contact to have this thread moved?
Or should I have posted it in another area?

Let me know. I'll hold off on any more posts for now.

I don't think you're required to post maps one at a time. Pretty sure people *do* it that way because they work on different maps differently (and are eager to show off their progress).

But, if there's a problem with this one of the "Community Leaders" will move it to the right spot or something. You don't need to do anything else, I think
