I'm pretty sure it's NOT ok to download it unless you already own a real copy of the game. Otherwise it's considered piracy. But since the game is out of production, finding a real copy must be really hard.

Yeah, the negative reviews are a bit much. The graphics were bad for their time, but not THAT bad. The game itself is easily playable. It got a lot of reviews for good sound and music... I hated the sound and music. So creepy and not a lot of it.
