Default World map for D&D campaign

    Hello, friends!
First of all I apologize for my bad English.

My friends and I play D&D for several years and a short time ago we begin new campaign. But our DM has a big problems with his health(and now he's in hospital again), so he is often in hospital and has no time for drawing maps.
So we want to help him with map, nobody of us knows how to draw. Therefore, we would be very grateful if you help us.

He have already put some of his drawings and sketches on the map for the campaign here:

Map should be in grayscale. And than bigger, than better. We would print region, which will be needed for a particular game session.
May be something like this http://www.cartographersguild.com/at...3&d=1420539159
Or this one, but in grayscale http://www.cartographersguild.com/al...chmentid=71569

    And this is his sketch.

At the north of the 1st continent would be a big region like Skyrim(our DM promised).
The 2nd continents like China, Japan, Korea and other eastern countries.
And the 3d continent- for dark fantasy modules with the Inquisition, witch hunt, civil wars and so on.

I don't know, what I need to tell you about it else.

With any questions please write me an email: bmansband@gmail.com
I think, it would be a great present for our greatest DM.
    Thank you for reading this.

It seems no one can help. Or have no enough time. It is a pity.
Good luck to all of you, friends!
