It looks really good. Only complaint is I can barely see the grid lines
This is the map which I have drawn to write my tutorial on how to create Campaign Cartographer 3 (CD3) symbols from a Dungeon Designer 3 (DD3) map.
For more information on the tutorial, please refer to the following thread:
http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=2973
The tutorial-zip file also includes 3000-x-3000-pixel BMP’s of the map as well as a CD3 and a DD3 symbol.
I took over some elements from the first map of a Chinese court-yard house which I have recently posted on this forum.
The first map was created for testing purposes. This second map will actually be used in my campaign.
The map features quite a few rendered symbols: I especially like the bamboo forest shown on the bottom part of the image.
I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions.
Cheers,

Never use a big word when a diminutive one will suffice!

Thanks for pointing that out to me, NeonKnight.
I'm glad that you posted this suggestion. I really need to focus more on the "practicality" of my maps.
Version 1.01 can be found below (1000 x 1000 pixels).
The 3000-x-3000-pixel images can be downloaded HERE.
Difference: The grid sheet has been moved down in the sheet list (thereby covering all elements on the map except the text). Changed the glow effect in the grid sheet from white to black. Now the characters can also manoeuvre through the forest
Very nice, one suggestion though. When posting samples/WIP you might want to use JPG or PNG rather than BMP, you'll be able to upload larger, higher resolution images and won't have to provide the additional links.

I like them.. going to use it for my triads in my shadowrun game.. and yea you can use various overlays if you need grid lines.. not having them is great... but either way.. good work.
