From what I have seen on Steam, it's ok but not worth the price asked. Yours is probably the best.

Yes I know Outerra but there is a problem there, The Middle Earth PRoject is developed by a group of people "Autrized" by the developers wich means they have special access to the engine and custom solutions , the Outerra engine doesn't seem to allow custom heightmaps to be uploaded and if not wrong it requires a much higher level of detail for each tile on the globe , yet It would be awesome to have the possibility to use it , I always would have liked a simulator that allows you to make your own world from the beginning with planning the plawues up to the flora and fauna , winds, climates, and so on and on .
