At the bottom of each post, under the info about the poster, there's a line with "Blog this Post", a star symbol, and a caution symbol (a triangle with an exclamation point inside it—it's hard to tell what it's supposed to be). The caution sign is the Report Post button. The star is the Give Reputation button.
