I can do several of these, if I have a better idea the size, shape and scale you are looking for.
Information like, "A small island (~ 1 mile across) with a bay on the southern side, and cliffs upon the northern." would be great.

Your posted image is a little bit poor in quality , i need some better quality detailed map like the one i have posted.
