There does seem to be something screwy going on with the zoom.

Definitely. The bottom part of the image is lost. When saving the image to disc, the bottom part of the map also is missing.

I cut the map in two pieces in an attempt to avoid that "zoom too much problem" , maybe you just saved the upper part?

And a few details about the map, realised in photoshop except the labels made with illustrator. What kind of app do you use for labelling? because PS isn't really good at it..

Could be. But I've found no way to get to the second (bottom) part.
