    Wip Inverted Map Cities

I decided to ditch my RP maps for a little bit to have some fun and practice
I made a shape I liked, but couldnt decide if I wanted it to be land or water, so I decided to do both!

The first map is going to be a port city on a thin rocky peninsula.
Second is going to be some sparsely populated village along the banks of a frozen river in the dead of winter.

These both are going to be interesting since they will be the first city maps Ive ever done that are up close and personal.

    Should be fun...well I hope :p

I really like the map on the right. For some reason it immediately put me in mind of two warring factions on opposite sides of an immense lake, unable to make more than infrequent raids on each other but both constantly working to do just that. Fun how an image can suddenly put a whole story into your head like that.

Cool idea. That would make an interesting Challenge: everyone works from a common coastal mask, but each entrant has to decide which part's the land and what the scale is.

That would indeed make an interesting challenge.
