It looks like a good start, it's a bit difficult to critique when there's so little there.
Before you look at it, let me answer three questions you are definitely going to ask after you do:
1. Q: Hollow in a place name means cave - where is the cave going to be? A: Off the map. The reason being that I don't really know how to draw caves, and also because I'm focussing on the town which was named after the nearby cave. Nearby meaning a few kilometres away
2. Q: This is in the town/city section, yet there is no town or city! A: That's not a question. But just for the sake of it: The town is to follow.
3. Q: Why do the trees not have trunks? A: Because it's a WIP.
Okay, so here it is. A PNG and the source file (psd), in case someone wants to play around with it.
What do you think?

I added buildings and streets. Next will be more buildings and a bridge.
I can't upload the PSD for some reason. No error message, it just won't upload.
The .PSD file may be to big to upload - there are file size limitations.

It looks nice so far. Not too much there yet, so it's hard for me to give some constructive criticism at the moment. It's a good start as SG has stated before me.
