    that looks good, I don't really know about ideas for the buildings... it all seems a little mellow to me, dark damped colors, a little lighter perhaps. Or you could add some more harbour stuff, a crane, some crates and barrels. I feel the water could use a slight tint of blue - and if the sub is going to hit the hole in the wall, you should probably draw in some bubbling water around it so we can see its diving

    Some good ideas, I'll add more details, maybe I also reduce the windows in size.

    Yeah, this looks like it is going to be super sweet when you are done. I would take a look at the buildings from that era and/or take Ravells' advice. I agree with Tilt as well, I would love a little color on the water if you can pull it off.

    now were getting there... nice colors both for the ocean and the gilding of the sub, and love the cranes and masts... very nice

    Yep, I like that swiggle on the side of the sub. Nice touch there. Can you make those brown roofs tile ones? Seems something like that would help them pop.

    The waves look off. They are even all around the island, but the isometric buildings suggest that the waves at the top should be smaller than the ones at the bottom.

    looks really good though.
