I'm potentially finalising this very soon. The majority of things have been done. I might adjust the "fraying" of the paper a bit more and maybe make it crisper, or edit the background and include something other than the dark red.

The pseudo report syle works well for this project . I don't think it needs the torn edges.

It seems overly .... smooth? Seems like for the style, it ought to have a grain of some sort.
