After spending a couple hours in Sketchup, I came up with the engine/driveshaft/gears. The gears took the longest as I had to draw all the lines and then "push" the sections down to form the teeth.(There is probably a better way to do that but I'm far from a expert with Sketchup). The long driveshaft goes to another vertical driveshaft that turns the "sails" of the windmill. The gears in the hole drive the mechanism that makes the Doomgrinder move. I've also roughed up the walls a bit to make it look more like it's been sitting underground for 8 thousand years. The floor is probably a place-marker for now until I figure out what I'm actually going to use.
