I've always found GIMP's UI to be agonizingly inefficient. Though, that's probably because I've not used it enough to become used to it.

I've always found GIMP's UI to be agonizingly inefficient. Though, that's probably because I've not used it enough to become used to it.

I can't comment on any other graphic program as GIMP is all I've ever used (apart from a VERY brief foray into CC3 which for me was a bit too limiting) As far as the UI goes it is customizable.
