Default The Emerald Ziggurat and Surroundings

Another map from the waybac, also salvaged from an old drawing pad. I seem to vaguelly recall that this involved a D&D adventure where three heroes went to raid an ancient, supposedly abandoned, ziggurat on the shores of a wild lake to recover a dwarfish steamclock artifact box that was supposed to keep a demon from escaping and needed to be repaired. Unfortunately said heroes were rather greedy and failed to check that the dwarfs who hired them weren't working for a malevolent necromancer.

In any event, they met a dragon at the ziggurat, killed a number of elves and finally slew a seven-headed snake-beast in the pits of the ziggurat to acquire the sealed box, which they promptly sold to acquire funds, which allowed them to wallow in luxury, dancing girls, wine and expensive hotels for about two or three months until an army of elves and undead attacked their city. So it goes.

Another stellar map! I'd give you more rep but I need to spread it around some more first!
