Alright, so mountain cleanup. This took awhile, but I think it looks good so was worth it. So all my mountains were split up among 26 layers, in a folder. First thing I did was duplicate the folder and hide the original, just in case I messed up. Then I selected every layer and applied a color overlay layer style, with a bright red color. Then I began working from the lower left toward the top right, finding whichever mountain would be on top and then deleting the layer style. Then I used the eraser to delete the overlap, using the contrast between black and red to find all the spots I needed to clean up. The end result is below:
