The Cartographers’ Guild is a forum created by and for map makers and aficionados, a place where every aspect of cartography can be admired, examined, learned, and discussed. Our membership consists of professional designers and artists, hobbyists, and amateurs—all are welcome to join and participate in the quest for cartographic skill and knowledge.
Although we specialize in maps of fictional realms, as commonly used in both novels and games (both tabletop and role-playing), many Guild members are also proficient in historical and contemporary maps. Likewise, we specialize in computer-assisted cartography (such as with GIMP, Adobe apps, Campaign Cartographer, Dundjinni, etc.), although many members here also have interest in maps drafted by hand.

. Oh, my 3D furniture is coming along pretty nicely. Have 2 versions of that shelf, simply with different items on it, a chair, and table with 2 item layouts. I'm pretty much working on it every other day, so as not to get burnt out. Those fer's take some time to make. Really, I just need to make a chest, and maybe a bench, than will be good to go. I'm keeping them all the same wood as the shelf you had seen, don't want my 3D objects set looking motley. Ummm, I did just pick up Assassins creed: Brotherhood while it was on sale. I'm expecting that to eat into some of my design time for a day or two.
