BTW. Your Elyden Map is brilliant. The attention to detail that you have included from a world-building perspective is astounding. I am in the early stages of the same process - mapping it all out for my writing (and in danger of losing myself in the process), hence the lack of towns/names etc. I have them, but I need to be sure of the locations based on my narrative before I can confirm them to the map... Sort of a catch-22, I need the map to find out where my characters are (and are going) but I need the writing to confirm it. I have already realised that my scale and distances in the book don't match up to practical possibilities - I'd need magic portals available at every corner for my characters to get where the story says before they die of old age... ;-)
