Very nice! Which program do you use?
Very nice! Which program do you use?
Thanks
@ Vorropohaiah: do you mean it looks kind of rushed? :-P On a serious note, I've started the regional map before the latest comission but it was quite fast to do. The city was a bit of more work though.
@Lord thomas: a pen, photoshop, some patience

These are gorgeous! I would rep you but I have to spread some love first. You are creating too many too beautiful maps too fast. (For me to rep all of them at least =P)
Thanks much Glad you like it
Another beautiful piece, Max! It kind of reminds me of Jared's style, was that intentional?
Not sure if i can rep. you yet, but i will try
I'm trapped in Darkness,
Still I reach out for the Stars
Thanks Eilathen! It wasn't intentional. At the start I was planning to go on a Selvarin style map but I decided to make things evolve with the contrast between the blue seas and red you find several times on the map and with different mountains. Obviously this made the map reminiscent of Jared's work (which I always liked).
Great maps. But i have to join the others to see a the map style matching Jareds nearly 80%, which confused me a bit.
The City map turned out realy well. Omg you are realy creating awesome Maps in hyperspeed.
Thanks SK . I can understand it's a bit confusing. As you can see I like experimenting different styles. Making all maps with same style would probably be boring for me. Sometimes I'm heavily inspired, sometimes not. The goal on this one was to find a "fast" style. This worked . Next one will sure be different: I'll probably post a new WIP soon.
Nah, that wasnt a complain. I ended up liking Ramah`s latest Vanya map so much that I emulated the Style more or less concious at a too intense level and skip that map. Its easy to get absorbed in appropriation, and you showed well that you have your own "handwriting". I am sorry if my critic sounded too intrusive.
