I find that the time it takes me to do a map in this style varies based upon the size of the map, but for a world map of say 2500x5000px, following only the steps in my tutorial, I'd say it takes me on average 10 hours give or take to produce a map. Of course it will likely take longer for you since you are unfamiliar with the steps. Oh and yes, you are spot on. I chose my user name because it's the email address name I've used for years. I chose this name originally after switching to yahoo mail from hotmail and getting fed up with the fact that all of the names I wanted to use had already been taken. I had been reading A Horse and His boy at the time and just out of curiosity tried the name "Arsheesh" and it took. I decided to stick with it and have been using it ever since.
