Thanks Viking, Hobehobbe and Arsheesh!
Finding some old parchments of the chronicles of Oraven, I recently discovered that the Red Moors made its name, not from the color of the moors but from the sea color that surrounding the area. I didn't find the real explanation about this strange color : according to some inhabitants beliefs, the sea is made of some old gods blood after a great ancien war while the priests of Monshra tells that the red is actually due to the reflection of Ehrun, the red moon. Some fools even theorize that the sea would get its strange color from some redish luminescent algae in its depths.
Whatever the reason, I had to fix it I also worked on coastlines and added rivers.
