If it's supposed to be third age, you need to take Aman out of the circle of the earth. It was taken out by the Valar so that no one who is not allowed (like some nasty Numenoreans ) can ever reach the undying lands again.
The continent-part where all the book-stuff happens definitely looks like 2nd or 3rd age and not 1st age. So if you want to be accurate, you need to decide if you want it to be 2nd age or 3rd.

This was a commission. Although I'm a fan of LOTR I'm not an expert as the client and I'm sure he had good reason for this part of the map. The sources I used show a third area landmass, maybe I just misinterpret this and the map is not Third Age.
