I think Jaxilon summed it up perfectly. For what it's worth, I'd like to add that I've never thought of the Guild as a site that sells services – it hosts a marketplace, but since none of the profit made by those who do commissions actually go to the Guild (except for when we donate, which could be viewed as that, maybe), it's probably not very much in the site owners' interest to keep record of the business contacts made through it. So I think that keeping a list of references is, just like the portfolio, everyone's personal responsibility. Just my guess though, since I'm not an owner/community leader/anything
