How do I convert a CC3 map into a file I can upload here?

I figured out how to save the maps as JPEG files but I still cannot upload to the site. The little hourglass (ok, on this site it is a little worm shaped out of 4 circles) is spinning like crazy for 20 minutes but the file would not upload. Not sure where I went wrong. Is JPEG an appropriate file type for upload to this site?

JPG is a good upload format, but your file might be too big. The CG accepts files up to 4.x MB in size. I've forgotten what comes after the decimal point. You might have to load your JPG file from CC3 into a graphical program with which you can reduce the size.
