I had my doubts when I first saw it, but I really like it now. It's a good way to see who is doing what.
To be honest, I'm neutral to it. Sometimes I look at it and other times I skip past it and go to specific sections/threads. I do like the fact that I can minimize it when I don't want to use it and open it when I do.
