Is there a way to map cities without drawing every building by hand?

If you are using ProFantasy's CC3 (and City Designer) then yes there is a way to populate buildings in bulk. I would refer you to the profantasy user forums and youtube tutorials for specifics on how to do it. There are lots of setting that allow for randomized building placement and type. They also have a tool for generating random cities.

If you are using Photoshop, I know alot of people use brushes you can download from here or deviantart. Alternatively, there is a really cool method described here (http://www.cartographersguild.com/tu...photoshop.html) that I have used several times and I find it to be pretty effective.
