That sounds like a really nice setting and fun project to work on. I'm not much of a city mapper myself, or I'd be tempted to try it, but a bunch of people here are, so you'll probably get a bite or two even though it's unpaid. Did you say you had a sketch of your ideas which you could provide? Or a sketch of where in your world you want it placed? Pictures often spark inspiration in these parts of the web, or description of surrounding terrain to give some visual cues. Anyway, good luck with it.

A thought that should just pass. It's the responsibility of each paid professional to report their income according to the laws where they live and work, and no one else's business.
