I had assumed that this was a much smaller portion of your world--Deadshade's comparison to Sicily seemed appropriate to me. The reason I thought it was smaller is that the landshapes are too simplistic I think, to represent continents or very large islands. It is hardly a scientific rationale (although it can be), but, generally, I would expect a large portion of the world to have much more irregularly shaped landmasses. Of course, with those rivers and those mountains, the impression of a relatively localised map increases significantly.

Therefore: I would propose, if it isn't a big problem for your story, drastically reducing the scale.
