Very nice!
Excellent work! each style is really different and well executed. Only (very small) critic on the old style map, maybe the contour line around the land is a bit too strong when zoomed in.

Paracelsus - probably the ascension atlas style tutorial -was used to create mountains you can find lots of good tutorials in the FORUM - Mappinng resources - tutorials/how to.
