The Auschowa Occupation

Hey all,

Here's a WIP of a post-war political map of mine. Following a war (the details of which I'll sort out later), the nation of Auschowa has been been divided into two separate states, one which has grown, and the other, completely annexed by an adjacent country. I'm aiming for a clean style...whatever that is.

I like this map, and am curious to see how the labelling will turn out. Your hand drawn version isn't very clear about who's at war with who, or what lands switch hands. Maybe the digital version will allow for better solutions.

And by they way. "Auschowa" is a great con-word for a con-country (is it a conword?)

Very rad. Would you be, some time in the future, post some more detail of the historical/political backgrounds of these countries, with before and after results of the borders? I would really love to see that.

Yeah, I'm making this in Photoshop Elements. I won't be able to get hold of full PS until later this year (if the school still offers it).

Yeah, I intend to do that It was a sketch to get the outlines of the countries and cities out, I guess.

I have no idea, heheh. I had a little look at a few maps of Central Europe to come up with these names
