Well for me .. its is a New Set... and since I just upgraded to CC3+ even better...
I really should get a Legacy Discount since I have purchased every addition from the start...The Program sure has come a long way since CC started...
I was about to start getting the annuals but will wait till they are fully CC3+ compatible
