Need a large city for my campaign, payment can be discussed

I will be running a campaign that takes place in a city plus surrounding region. the out of city stuff I can handle with my collection of maps but the city I have in mind is a little too unique.

For a breif description, the city will be about 2-3km big. it is built as a circle with the palace at the center. a public garden with a private section surrounding the palace. then from there are 4 main roads at each compass point. The design is inspired by a few cities. Divinity's reach from Guild wars 2. The Imperial city from The elder scrolls and the eternal city of axis from Pathfinder

I did think about using these maps but they are too small

I know that such a big city is no easy task,

Check out Robert Altbauer's work, he recently created a circular city for me of almost the exact same description for a module.
