Sorry to hear that. I've had the experience myself.
Solid work Pasis. It's looking really good.

Added a cave and ladders leading to darkness. Next I'll continue to add details (grass and rocks etc.)

Made a small stream to come through the rocks. I had a bit of a challenge with the see through effect but it's on now. Next one is the bridge...

Got the bridge done rather fast and found a fun way to create the shadow.

You're a true magician! Or a very talented artisan, most likely both... These are all so lovely detailed maps, totally hypnotizing^^. Do you mind sharing some of your insights in the art of "shadowmaking"? Btw. what do you mean by "see through effect"?

The shadows in this project are a combination three different methods.
    1. The base ground bumpmap (heightmap) that define most of the elevation.
    2. Many objects have "bevel" and "drop shadows" Photoshop features applied.
    3. Manually drawn shadows to add new or enhance the existing.

The bridge shadow for example was made by duplicating the bridge layer and converting it into 100% black. Then I used Transformation tool to bend it into an arc. Moved the shadow to correct place and finished it manually.

Below in the left is an sample without any shadows and on the right the one with all shadows applied.
