Points of Light Remake

Doing more in the style of my recent Bryxentana map I decided for a remake of an old map of mine. Points of Light had been created for a map challenge. While an interesting idea it looks heavily outdated now. Colouring this piece will be a challenge.

So, first look of the outline work. I will concentrate on the actual places on the map in the small inlays at the bottom, not on creatures.

This will be a good one! Looks great so far, though, I already Highstone and Viewfort castle – they look very cool on the older map. Will you incorporate those "beams" here to?

I'm not sure if I will add the light beams, but at the moment I guess no.

I had initially thought of placing creature heads in the corners, but I won't do that. So, any ideas to fill that space?

Maybe something aggressive/dangerous might be more appropriate.
