It's magic grass that doesn't need the sun

Bogie picked it up of of cgtextures, where did yours come from? I like those much better than anything I have. As for the stairs, the only reason I used that shadow was to show them going up.

Here's the update on level one with you're opacity suggestion wdmartin

and floor 2 with some things added. I have a shadow going on the far right passage of the map to simulate an exaggerated darkness for no reason other than the fact it's not in a man made area. I kinda just liked it.

The darker tree shadows help a good bit.

Can I take it that your dungeon inhabitants all have darkvision? Because otherwise, they'll need light, which will cast shadows. BWA HA HA HA, I am so evil.

Sure! It's a little known fact, but I base encounters off my inability to do lighting techniques

They all came from cgTextures also. Since I use Dundjinni, I made most of them into 1" x 1" tiles, but I also have some of the original larger floor textures to use as well.

I also noticed you used some of my tree stumps. I took those pictures in the White Mountains of NH. I should make some more, it's been awhile.

Keep up the good work, your maps keep getting better.

Thanks Bogie, your objects (and everyone elses) on Dunjinni and here have been really helpful.

Added some lighting here, and started to play with a way to make the stairs look like they came from above. Don't know if I like it but thankfully it's easily deleted.

Is there a better way to show make the stairs look less out of place?

Moved these over to finished, kept that last one as is. It's grown on me
