    Well, yeah, but if you pay notice to those details, you will see that the great map makers in here, even when simply drawing a fantasy map, do respect a lot of the geological principles - rivers in right places, lakes properly justified with mountains, flatlands near some but not all coasts, foothills in the vicinities of mountain ranges, etc. I find it that that's a hidden quality of some maps that tends to go unnoticed by the inexperienced folks.
