    Great comments all!

Chickpea - THANKS AGAIN! Perfect feedback. By the way, I started book one this holiday weekend.

Ilanthar - I have heard that comment from people I have emailed to... those were supposed to be simple gridlines. The fact that they seem like landmarks means I should probably just lose them. They made more sense early in the design, not as it is finalizing.

Meshon - Great comments. On the Offset point, you called out my laziness Haha. Actually, it wasn't a true offset, but because of the brush I used it made it look like an offset. I'm going to try to make a corner for the brush, if that doesn't work I'll try going in and cleaning up manually. Good point!

    Update:
    - I have updated the map based on Chickpea comments...
    - I have cleaned up the shores re: Meshon's comments...
    - In regards to Ilanthar's comments, should I just remove the grids, or keep thin gridlines? I keep going back and forth.

PS. I will send it off print this later this week so it is done in time for the wedding, so whatever state it is in Thursday, that's what state it is in.

    WITH GRID:

    WITHOUT GRID

I like it without the grid but the thin grid is still fine if that is your preference or that of the person who will receive it.

A very interesting and inspiring approach to do a map.

Thanks all! No gridline it is! Sending it to printers at the end of day! (Doesn't mean I'm done with it... just means that's what my friend is getting )

Just for fun, now that I have the real map finished... NOTE: THESE ARE NOT INTENDED TO LOOK NICE, JUST TEST RANGE OF ILLUSTRATOR FILE

Just to make sure I made the illustrator file the way I wanted I did these two extreme options in about 15 minutes a piece from the base file.
