I think the moors work as well. Looking good.

Is that the dashed/dotted areas along the coast? I read them as desert. Maybe use a purple or blue color? Or if you plan on doing a key, all will be clear in the end.

    Thanks for the comments!

@Diamond, yes it is. I tried a more reddish one in the central part (blue doesn't worked very well...). As for the key, the big zone of water in the south western part of the global map will serve this purpose!

I've tried a few things, notably a rocky desert on a plateau in the east. I've putted a few indications on the map and I really need suggestions for representing the grasslands.. I've absolutely no idea about it. My tests looks like swamps and nothing else...

What if you went with a color wash on the grasslands instead of line art. It would differentiate it from the tundra and forest, but whether it suits the style or not I don't know. You'd have to be the judge.

Thanks for the ideas Chashio !

Well, I tried different things at the same time... Some color, a few shades and a test for grass (near the swamps). Not sure of what is working or not and I'm wondering if the color isn't too much present (like I would have to color more things if I let it this way).

I'm way late to the party on this, but that water texture is great! Very Hokusai.

I think that looks great as it is. No need to color more things in my opinion - the forests already provide a nice balance.

Yes, I think that works well. And I agree with Diamond about the color and forest.

OK, thanks, that's comforting. I wasn't sure and wondered if it wasn't too much...
    And another small update.

And a bit more. Mountains are done for this part, I think.
