*** July 2015 Challenge: Map a Race ***

Sorry about the super late start, guys.

This month's challenge is to map a race. Not an elf or a gnome, but a physical sports-type race. This could be the route a marathon takes, either modern or ancient; it could be a Roman-style chariot racetrack; a space yacht race route; basically, go nuts, y'all.

Is it limited to a sports, or could it be any other track? Like, the silk-road track? Or maybe ants track from their nest to the place where they collect food?

Well, it's supposed to be a race. I guess you could broadly interpret it as something like who's the first to open a new trade route or something. Ultimately, the voters will be the judges.

Yeah, I'd agree that its intended to be a sports-based race of some kind. Just making it a path trackway could fit any theme, so any map would fit, thus making it not applicable to this challenge.

Maybe we should avoid a late Challenge start for next month, by closing this one and get to voting...?
