Default Tha Vault of Pallon the Pious

A friend of mine has been writing some pieces for the Kobold Press blog and, for his next few, he asked me to do some maps to go along with his short adventures. This is the first one.

At one point I sent him a sketch with a bunch of notes written on it and we both kind of thought, hmmm, that might be fun to try. So this is also the first of (hopefully) several annotated maps. I hope you like it! You can see the adventure it goes along with at the Kobold Press blog.

The map is property of Kobold Press/Open Design.

    cheers,
    Meshon

I think if I were a gamer who used dungeon maps, I'd be all over this. I mean ... a door that drinks blood?! That's fabulously horrific.

Map looks great, but the comments are fantastic!

I agree - this is a really characterful and nice dungeon map.

Thanks for the kind comments! The map was really fun to do and adding "annotations" is maybe my new take on "dirty" maps. I just finished the second one, which I will post once Kobold Press puts it up.
