Need a commissioned map for a project

Hi Folks,


I'm looking for someone who can help me out to recreate a map.
The first map was made by a talented friend of the forum, Viking.

Now I need to recreate it, and unfortunately I can't use Viking's services by now.
So I'm recruiting a new artist to do this.

What I need now is to change the style, making this map more realistic, and add more geographic itens. (References below)
This map should be an A3 300 DPi .tiff.

Another issue that i need to fix for this new version is the scale. We changed the original and now it need to be 1cm=150km,
So all the things in the map should appear a little bit smaller.
