Hi everyone!

This is my first map ever. It's a coastal city with some volcanoes

It's nowhere near finished, and I hope to get it in photoshop (once I learn how to use photoshop). Any advice will be greatly appreciated. For now, how do I fill the empty space between the main city and the volcanoes?

Hello boldloop! Nice start There is always forest or hills to fill space. And remember, you also need to leave room for labels later.

Thanks chick. I added some forests, as well as a small mining settlement near the volcanoes. My forests look a lot like clouds but I think once I make it green it will be unmistakable.

Looks good. Now you have to consider the fact that your volcanoes are the size of a couple of houses instead of the size of a mountain

Yeah. Do you think i should make it one big volcano?

Or I guess i could make the houses smaller

Does anyone know what tools I'm going to need to continue this?
